  • Assess training needs for new and existing clients
  • Map out training plans, design and develop training programs (outsourced or in-house) in the areas of soft skills like motivation and stress management and professional training like taxation, book keeping and auditing.
  • Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs in corporates, civil society, NGOs/INGOs schools and college students, youth in across country.
  • Liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design
  • Develop training aids such as manuals, handbooks, flyers, training kits etc.
  • Map out training plans for individual in house employees
  • Present training programs using recognized training techniques and tools
  • Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training, on-the-job coaching
  • Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness 
  • Track and report on training outcomes
  • Provide and get  feedback to program participants and management
  • Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology
  • Maintain potential and existing training records and database
  • Handle logistics for training activities including venues , equipment and office gadgets
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers
  • Manage training budget
  • Keep current on training design and methodology
  • Maintain records and corresponse with training facilitator, professionals and experts in particular fields and partner agencies and organization.
  • Choose appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc)
  • Market available training opportunities  and provide necessary information
  • Manage to hire inhouse and outsourced trainers
  • Development contents and materials for web site, journal, articles , others publication.

  • Masters degree with relevant experience of at least two years.
  • Efficient in  MS- Office package. Excellent in  PowerPoint presentation.
  • Excellent communication , professional and self motivated
